What the Site is

The Site is a directory that helps you find local businesses. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a business listed here. We do not employ, recommend, guarantee or endorse any listed business, and we do not perform or supervise their work.

Accuracy of listings

Listing details come from public sources and third parties and can be out of date or wrong. Always confirm important details, such as prices, hours, licensing and insurance, directly with the business before you hire it.

Ratings and rankings

Star ratings and review counts are provided by third parties such as Google and belong to their respective owners. Our Listing Score and the order of listings reflect our own formula and opinion. They are not a statement of fact about any business's quality.

Sponsored placements and advertising

Some businesses pay to be featured, and some listings are placed by us above the ranked list. These placements are labeled "Sponsored" or "Featured" and are not part of the score-based ranking. The Site also shows third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for the products and services they promote.

AI assistant

The AI assistant gives automated answers based on the listings on a page. Its answers may be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional advice. Do not rely on it for decisions that matter without checking with the business. Do not submit personal or confidential information to it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy or collect the Site's content in bulk by automated means
• Interfere with the Site or try to get around its security or usage limits
• Use the Site or the AI assistant for anything unlawful, harassing or misleading

Our content

The Site's design, text and Listing Scores belong to us. Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify those businesses.

Links to other sites

The Site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a business you found through the Site.

Changes

We may update the Site and these terms. The updated terms apply from the effective date shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
