About That's Great Listings

That's Great Listings (thatsgreatlistings.com, with short links on greatlists.us) is a directory of local businesses, organized by trade and by town. Our goal is simple: help you find the right local provider quickly, especially for specialized trades that are hard to search for.

The site is operated by Thats Great Marketing LLC and is powered by TaskMule.ai.

How we find businesses

We gather publicly available information about local businesses, such as their name, phone number, website, address and opening hours. We leave out any business that has neither a phone number nor a website, because you would have no way to reach it.

When a town has only a few providers for a specialized trade, we widen the search to the surrounding region and tell you so at the top of the page. Each listing then shows how far it is from the town you searched.

How we rank businesses

Every listing gets a Listing Score from 0 to 100. It is our own calculation and it is not an endorsement. It combines four things:

Star ratings and review counts come from third parties such as Google and are shown with their source. We do not write or edit reviews. If a business has no rating, we show "No ratings yet" and never guess.

How we make money

Basic listings are free. We earn money from advertising shown on our pages and from businesses that pay for a featured placement. Paid placements are always labeled "Sponsored" and do not change a business's Listing Score.

Some pages show a "Featured" listing above the ranked list. Featured listings are chosen by us, which can include businesses we have a relationship with. They are always labeled, they have no rank number, and they are not part of the score-based ranking below them.

Our AI assistant

Some pages include an AI assistant that can answer questions about the listings on that page. It is an automated tool. It can make mistakes, so please confirm important details such as prices, hours and availability with the business directly.
