This policy explains what information Thats Great Marketing LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use thatsgreatlistings.com and greatlists.us (the "Site"), and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Things you send us. Questions you type into the AI assistant, and anything you include when you email us.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our servers record your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. We use this to keep the Site running, to prevent abuse and to limit how many AI requests one visitor can make.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We and our advertising partners use cookies, as described below.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and other sites on the Internet.

The AI assistant
When you use the AI assistant, your question and the recent messages in that conversation are sent to Google Cloud (Vertex AI) to generate an answer. Please do not type personal, financial or health information into the assistant. Its answers are automated and may be wrong.
Other services your browser contacts
Our pages load some resources from other providers, which means your browser sends them your IP address:
- Map images from OpenStreetMap
- Page styling and map scripts from public content delivery networks (cdn.tailwindcss.com and cdnjs.cloudflare.com)
- Google, when you follow a link to Google Maps or a business's Google profile
How we use information

How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run the Site (for example hosting, AI processing and advertising), and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising cookies set by Google may count as "sharing" or "selling" under some state privacy laws; you can opt out using the links in the advertising section above.
Business information
Listings contain business contact details gathered from public sources. Star ratings and review counts are provided by third parties such as Google. If you own a listed business, you can ask us to correct or remove the listing through our contact page.
How long we keep information
Server records are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting and are then deleted. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email hello@thatsgreatlistings.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
